Voccii is a premier market research firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. When it was time for the company to update their website, Voccii knew they wanted a more concise approach to content, paired with a new look. The tone needed to be professional and authoritative, yet approachable and human. We used the StoryBrand framework to make the customer the hero and speak directly to their pain points.
The new site also incorporated a new content strategy, with regular blog posts about topics of interest to creative directors, marketers, CEOs, product designers, and other target personas.

Naples Oral + Maxillofacial Surgery combines personalized care and advanced technology to provide healthy, happy smiles in Central Texas. Led by Dr. Robert Naples, a nationally recognized oral surgeon and professional development leader, the practice launched its inaugural New Smiles Contest in 2016, which awards the gift of a new smile to one very lucky qualifying patient! (full upper or lower arch replacement at zero cost to the patient. In its first year, the New Smiles Contest received over 30 entries, resulting in 22 new patient consults.

Torchy’s Tacos [10 Year Anniversary]
Torchy’s Tacos started from a food truck in Austin, TX in 2006. Fast forward to 2016, as the company operates 40+ locations in three states, a success that could only be fueled by queso-crazed taco junkies and a dedicated team of loyal badasses. To celebrate ten years of Damn Good tacos, the Marketing team developed a comprehensive campaign focused on customer appreciation, employee recognition, and brand love.
***As lead digital strategist for this campaign, I drove the team’s vision in microsite design and content, promotional videos and posts for social media, and in-store materials. Did I mention that 10 lucky devils took home brand new red Vespa scooters? Holy smokes!
Torchy’s Tacos [Torture by Taco]
In August of 2014, Torchy’s Tacos launched Some Like it Hot Month– a campaign that features four increasingly spicy tacos, and aims to please thrill-seeking hot heads and general taco-thusiasts alike. This interview takes you behind the scenes of a wide reaching sales-building initiative.

Sound on Sound Fest
Sound on Sound Fest is a 3-day festival on the outskirts of Austin, Texas. SOS Fest aims to transform the typical festival experience for fans, hyper-focusing on stellar bookings of indie, punk, hip-hop, metal, dance music, comedy, and live panel discussions. Considering its fan-first approach and one-of-a-kind venue, real-time social media sharing was a key element of marketing and enhancement for the festival experience.

The Good Music Club
The Good Music Club provides a video sampler of Austin’s musical talent. Curated and hosted by KUTX’s Laurie Gallardo, the lineups defy genres and support musical discovery. In its first year, The Good Music Club’s YouTube page was viewed over 100,000 times, and the series has been featured on Texas Music Matters, Austin Chronicle, Culture Map, Thrillist, SXSWorld Magazine, and more.
