I helped PristaCorp, a top provider of hospital quality performance software, rewrite their website content to more clearly explain product benefits and capabilities. The language is results-oriented and emphasizes benefits, not features. We added strategic CTAs throughout to guide the user on their customer journey. Individually targeted Who We Serve pages let executives, risk/quality managers and clinical staff see how the software can apply specifically to their roles within healthcare organizations.

Voccii is a premier market research firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. When it was time for the company to update their website, Voccii knew they wanted a more concise approach to content, paired with a new look. The tone needed to be professional and authoritative, yet approachable and human.  We used the StoryBrand framework to make the customer the hero and speak directly to their pain points.

The new site also incorporated a new content strategy, with regular blog posts about topics of interest to creative directors, marketers, CEOs, product designers, and other target personas.

Naples Oral + Maxillofacial Surgery 

Naples Oral + Maxillofacial Surgery combines personalized care and advanced technology to provide healthy, happy smiles in Central Texas. Led by Dr. Robert Naples, a nationally recognized oral surgeon and professional development leader, the practice launched its inaugural New Smiles Contest in 2016, which awards the gift of a new smile to one very lucky qualifying patient! (full upper or lower arch replacement at zero cost to the patient. In its first year, the New Smiles Contest received over 30 entries, resulting in 22 new patient consults.

Torchy’s Tacos [10 Year Anniversary]

To celebrate ten years of Damn Good tacos, the Torchy’s Tacos marketing team (aka the Make it Happen Crew) developed a comprehensive campaign focused on customer appreciation, employee recognition, and brand love. As lead digital strategist for this campaign, I drove the team’s vision in microsite design and content, promotional videos and posts for social media, and in-store materials. Did I mention that 10 lucky devils took home brand new red Vespa scooters? Holy smokes!

Torchy’s Tacos [Torture by Taco]

In August of 2014, Torchy’s Tacos launched Some Like it Hot Month– a campaign that features four increasingly spicy tacos, and aims to please thrill-seeking hot heads and general taco-thusiasts alike. This interview takes you behind the scenes of a wide reaching sales-building initiative.
